Inspired by Victorian Era decorative arts, the Tapestry collection adds softer elements to contrast and compliment the geometric patterning of the current collection. Surfaces within Tapestries are not possible with mechanical decorative techniques. Each original design was drawn by hand and translated into a plaster mold. From the mold, each element is then hand-cut and hand-glazed making each mosaic one of a kind. The creative interlocking of graceful, textured shapes make these ceramic Tapestries exquisite for backsplash, entryway wall, pool liner, or fountain niche. Installing a Lilywork Tapestry is installing an original art piece. |
